ORDERING
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We pack and ship orders once a week, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During product drops or restocks, please allow a little extra time — we're a small team and everything is handled with care.

Q: Do you offer local pick-up?
A: At this time, no. All orders are shipped from the Olympic Peninsula, WA.

EXCHANGES
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We can exchange for a different size only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and still in original condition, and only if we have the size available. Please note an exchange request must be within 30 days of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Q: What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right — this one's on us.

SHIPPING
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently within the United States, as well as to Canada and Germany. For Canada + Germany we ship using DHL Express carrier, with duties/taxes paid at checkout. We hope to expand our International shipping soon.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
If your order is delayed for any reason, please reach out to us for assistance in tracking it.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delays are out of our control — but we'll always do our best to help. If your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it yet please reach out directly to the shipping company to file a claim.
Once the claim is approved, they will reach out to us and we can assist with a replacement order.

Q: How does your sizing run?
A: Each product has a detailed fit description on its page.
Most items are true-to-size unisex unless stated otherwise.
When in doubt, size up for a roomier, vintage-inspired fit.

Q: How should I wash my El Coyote pieces?
A: To keep your gear looking its best:
- Wash cold
- Wash inside-out
- Hang dry or tumble low
- Do not iron directly on prints

A: Some pieces may restock, but most drops are limited and may not return.

Q: How do preorders work?
A: Your payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Estimated ship dates are listed on each preorder item.
Ordering a preorder item means you agree to the extended timeline.
