At El Coyote Provisions, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. We want you to love your gear, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date of your initial order.

Because we operate in small batches, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must meet the conditions below.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us:

2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number.

   This number must be included with your return to ensure it is processed correctly and credited to the right account.

 

3. Once approved, ship your item back within 15 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

- All tags must still be attached (if applicable).

- Returns without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed.

 

Final Sale Items:

- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Limited-edition, discounted, or end-of-season items fall under this policy.
