Lindsay Mynatt
From a young age, I have always believed in duality — that as a woman, you can be both. (I'm also a Gemini, go figure).
I grew up in the 90's playing with the neighborhood boys, wearing girly dresses one day and the next my levi jeans and tees. My mom took my sister and I skiing in the mountains on weekends, and on a lot of outdoor adventures and camping trips. As I grew up, we moved to a beautiful small-town island near Seattle, and I found my love of both fashion and horses. Not much has changed.
My personal style lives at the intersection of outdoorsy and feminine. It's worn-in denim, workwear layers, vintage Harley tees, and pieces built for real life and motherhood, softened with Western-inspired dresses, cowgirl boots, and subtle feminine touches. Bold, but fun.
This duality has been a main thread throughout my life, not just in my clothing and self-expression, but in the life experiences and adventures I have taken. From summiting Mt. Rainier twice and working for outdoor retailer REI, to working for bohemian lifestyle brand Free People as a Visual Merchandising Manager. I love to ride motorcycles and dirt bikes, but am just as happy at home cooking and collecting vintage pieces to fill our home. In my early 20's I traveled a lot internationally and lived in Hawai'i and Costa Rica — I enjoyed being a free-spirit not tied to anything. I have lived in the city, a tiny-home school bus, and I have lived in the country. But now, I love being a mom to my two wild boys, and coming back to my roots and traditions of childhood and place on the Olympic Peninsula.
I gravitate towards clothing that feels lived in and stylish but effortless — things I can wear outside, on the move chasing my kids around, and pieces that will last from season to season and withstand the test of time — but still feel like myself in. That balance; grit and softness, utility and expression... that is the foundation of this brand I am building. I don't just want to make and sell clothes. I want to create a lifestyle brand that fosters community and tells stories along the way. xx
